What a dressing can do to your salad

Sometimes I’m in the mood for real simple food, especially in combination with French fries 😋.

Slice a cucumber, chop some radishes and cherry tomatoes. Mix with green salad. A tuna steak, simply grilled on a Himalayan salt plate will get an upgrade with a salad in Vietnam style. Mix 1 chopped chili pepper, 1 pressed garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 of a teaspoon of fish sauce, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 table spoon of neutral oil. Once the sugar has dissolved add to the salad. Finish with fresh coriander.

If you love real spicy put some wasabi on the tuna. 😜

  1. This is a nice post. So often I see people rip up some lettuce, go to the fridge and grab a bottle of someone else’s commercial dressing and then wonder why they don’t enjoy salads! Just a few greens, simply dressed with a homemade vinaigrette (about a minute and a half to make) and you have something special that is yours to really enjoy. This is beautiful!
