Clean 500 grams of carrots. Clean 500 grams of green beans. Steam until al dente ( I use the microwave and an appropriate recipient for this). Chop and fry 4 garlic cloves, 4 cm of fresh ginger in a drizzle of wok oil. Add the vegetables and bake. Add 300 grams of soy sprouts. Finish with soy sauce.
In the meanwhile bake 200 grams of chopped chicken filet crispy. Add some sesame oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Roast some cashew nuts in another pan.
For vegetarians, serve the vegetables with nuts For the flexitarians, serve tbe vegetables with the chicken and some cashew nuts.
