Salmon burgers

Egon and Otis prefer meat, and if it has to be fish, salmon is OK.

For 7p, buy 1,2 kilo of salmon. Remove the bones and the skin. Chop and put in the kitchen robot. Add 2 table spoons of chopped parsley and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Press 3 times on the pulse button ( prevent to mix to much ). Add 1 raw egg, pepper and salt. If the mixture is too wet, add some breadcrumb. Oil you hands and make 7-9 burgers. Put on baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200° for approx 20 mins.

Serve with roasted pita breads or soft sandwiches, the famous salad with baby spinach, dates, marinated red onion and pomegranate seeds, some home made French fries and a yoghurt-garlic- mayonnaise.
