Chaotic but healthy cooking

As efficient is our painting process, as chaotic is my evening menu.

For tonight I prepare a simple pasta. We had already a large vegetable quotum during our lunch, so we can be a bit less strict.

Boil a portion of thin pasta for 2p. Drain and keep some of the liquid.

Chop and fry 4 garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper in a large drizzle of olive oil. Add the zeste of 2 lemon and  the juice of 1 lemon. Mix with the pasta and 100 ml of the liquid. Add a handful chopped parsley, pepper and salt. Serve with a rocket salad and awesome burrata.
