Put 100 grams of halved cherry tomatoes on baking paper with a drizzle of olive oil and some dried oregano.
Cut a good quality chicken in parts. Keep the breast (with skin) and store the other parts in the freezer. Cut 4 smaller potatoes in Hasselback-style. Put on baking paper. Add some sea salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Put the potatoes and tomatoes in the oven at 180°. Remove the tomatoes after 20 mins. Put 700 grams of broccoli flowers instead, on the same baking paper, and add in the oven for 30 mins.
Bake 300 grams of large shrimps in some olive oil. Remove the shrimps and the baking liquid. Bake the seasoned chicken in the same pan at both sides. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves and the tomatoes. Bake and add 50 ml of dried white wine. Allow the wine to evaporate and stir. Add 100 ml of cream and the zeste of 1 lemon. Continue to cook until chicken is ready and the sauce is thickening.
