Square puff pastry covered with a mixture of new Philadelphia, ‘active’, with even less kcal than the light one (92 kcal for 100 grams) with 4 chopped garlic cloves, pepper and salt. Cover with 1 big sliced red onion, 150 grams of smoked salmon. Finish with a few halved cherry tomatoes (I ovendried them for 40 mins at 120° with some dried oregano on baking paper) and 2 table spoons of olive oil mixed with 4 table spoons of finely chopped parsley. Put in the oven at 180° for 25-30 mins and serve with rucola on top.
