Pasta with ‘what is left in our fridge’

For 2p chop 1 red onion, 4 garlic cloves and 1 spicy little pepper. Fry in a drizzle of olive oil. Add 250 grams of peeled shrimps. Remove the shrimps. Add a few chopped sundried tomatoes, lemon zeste of 1 lemon and 750 peeled chopped fresh tomatoes and 1 table spoon of dried basil. Bake for 15 mins. Boil 140 grams of dried pasta (spirelli, or penne, or…). Add the shrimps, pasta and fresh basil. Serve with delicious ricotta cheese and a rocket salad.
