Why not? Delicious and fresh squid with a curry sauce

We adore squid, but this recipe can easily be done with any other fish, as long as it’s a firm fish.

Cut 300 grams of courgettes, 1 big red bell pepper. Fry 1 chopped onion and 4 chopped garlic cloves in some olive oil. Bake 1 table spoon of curry powder while stirring.  Add the red pepper first, and the courgettes a bit later. When the vegetables are almost ready, add 150 ml of coconut cream. Bake the squid. Serve with  rice, or noodles, or without.
