Clean 400 grams of squid and chop in the blender together with 1 spicy little pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1 egg, a handful of fresh parsley and some old bread. Add some pepper and salt. Make balls (put some oil on your hands, it will be easier). Leave the balls in the fridge until baking. Prepare a tomato sauce. Fry 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic gloves, 1 spicy little pepper in some olive oil. Add some dried basil. Add 50 ml of white wine (and if you do not have it, 3 table spoons of an older white wine vinegar. Add 2 cans of peeled tomatoes. Stir regularly. Add pepper and salt. Reheat the sauce before serving and add some fresh basil. Bake the squid balls in an oiled dish in the oven at 180°.Turn halfway. For approx 20-30 mins (depends on the size). Serve the balls with the tomato sauce and the fresh basil, some pasta, rice or even without carbs.
