Chili con carne

Chop 4 garlic cloves, 1 spicy little pepper, 1 red onion. Fry and add 200-250 grams of minced meat (chicken). Add 1 big bell pepper, in smaller pieces. Fry together. Add 2 table spoon of garam masala. Fry and stir now and again. Add 1 can of tomatoes. Allow to simmer. Towards the end, add  a drained can of red beans and 1 table spoon of chopped fresh coriander. Add salt and pepper. Serve with rice and a green salad.
