Latkes or potato fritters

Latkes are originally Jewish. Today I’m really into fusion cooking, I hope you like it ( we did).

For latkes for 2p, grate 500 grams of potatoes. Put in a towel and squeeze out all extra liquid. Put in a bowl. Mix with 2 table spoons of flour, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of wasabi, pepper, salt and 20 grams of chopped chives. Put baking paper on a tray. Oil the baking paper. Create 6 fritters with a timbal and spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 220° for 15 minutes. Turn. Continue baking for another 15 minutes.

Marinate 400 grams of salmon in 3 table spoons of ready made teriyaki for 30 minutes. Turn halfway. Bake in the oven while baking the latkes for the second 15 minutes.

Mix a few different salads with 1 sliced avocado, 1 sliced mango, the juice of 1 lemon and 1 table spoon of olive oil.

Spread the salmon and the latkes. Finish with some chives.

Enjoy fusion cooking.
