Pretty, tasty and veggie

The visual aspect of a meal is not as important as the taste, but still. Taking a picture of home cooked meals helps to realize how outlook can help to improve judgmentšŸ˜‰.

For 2p, buy 500 grams of mushrooms ( one kind, or a mixture). Clean and chop.

Chop and fry 4 garlic cloves, 1 white onion and 1 leek in a mixture of olive oil and butter. Once glazy, add the mushrooms, 1 table spoon of dried thyme, pepper and salt. Add 100 grams of ricotta and 125 ml of light cream or soy cream. Finish with some lemon juice. Taste, add pepper and salt. Put everything in a greased oven dish.

Cut 6 sheets of phyllo dough in stripes. Create some flowers and spread on the mushrooms. Bruh some melted butter on the roses. Spread 1 table spoon of sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180Ā° for 15-20 mins, until golden brown. Serve with a green salad and a mustard, lemon vinaigrette.
