Mix 2 table spoons of peanutbutter with 2 table spoons of apple vinegar, pepper and salt. Add some water to improve the texture.
Remove the skin from1 avocado. Cut in cubes and mix with some lemon juice. Slice
a cucumber and 2 tomatoes.
Roast 2 table spoons of pumpkin seeds and 1 table spoon of sesame seeds.
Mix green salad, cucumber, tomato and avocado. Spread on 2 plates. Finish with the seeds, the dressing, the zeste of the lemon and some fresh basil.
