1 kilo of green asparagus is waiting for a recipe.
Remove the hard end of the asparagus. Put them in boiling salted water for approximately 8-10 mins. Drain and cool down with cold water.
With 13 sheets of filo dough, 36 pieces of asparagus 200 grams of smoked salmon, 45 grams of grated parmigiano, 1 table spoon of dried thyme and 2 table spoons of red pepper balls you can prepare a lovely recipe.
Put 3 asparagus on each sheet. Put 1 sliced of smoked salmon on the asparagus. Spread a teaspoon of the mixture of parmigiano and thyme on each. Create some firm packages. Put them on baking paper. Spread the red pepper balls. Finish with some olive oil and thyme.
Bake in a hot oven at 220° for approximately 10 mins, until crispy.
Simple and awesome recipe. Enjoy as appetizer for 4-6 p or as a main coarse for 2-3p. Add some green salad for extra guests.
