Noodles and home cinema

We have a real home cinema 💃: a white wall, a beamer, lots of wires and possible connections in a separate room with a large red sofa which can be converted into a bed for guests.

Iris is responsible for the technical part, I will take care of an appropriate meal which can be eaten (once a week I allow to eat in front of a screen😉).

Chop and fry 3 spring onions, 4 garlic cloves, 4 cm of fresh ginger and 2 chili in a drizzle of peanut oil. Add 300 grams of chopped chicken meat. Bake and stir. Add 3 table spoons of hoisin sauce, 1 table spoon of ketjap and 2 teaspoons of concentrated tomato puree. Bake and stir. Add 300 grams of oyster mushrooms. Bake and stir. Add 300-400 grams of chopped paksoi. Bake and stir. Once everything is al dente and the chicken ready, mix with 100 grams of noodles. Finish with some soy sauce, rice vinegar, 2 table spoons of grinded peanuts and fresh coriander.

This dish tastes even better with a fresh salad composed of 1 chopped cucumber in a mixture of the juice of 1 lemon, a few table spoons a rice vinegar, some salt and black sesame seeds ( taste for the right balance).

Enjoy a good movie!

    1. Dat was onze eerste avond met ons twee vorige week: LA confidentials, had ik nog nooit gezien. Met de madammen is het la meglio gioventù geworden. Een film die niet vertaald is op een of andere manier is een nono 😉
