A mixture of fresh fish for 2p is available in Italy. The fishmonker chops fresh squid, salmon, some white fish and adds some large shrimps. This fresh mixture is much better than what you can buy frozen.
Boil 120 grams of pasta. Add 200 grams of samphire during the last mins.
Chop and fry 2 garlic cloves, 2 spring onions and 400 grams of baby courgettes. Add the fish mixture, a pinch of chili powder and bake. Add the pasta and samphire. Add a leftover of the tomato almond sauce of yesterday (blogpost the day before yesterday) and 100 ml of light cream. Add pepper, salt and some fresh chopped basil. Serve immediately!
