Pure Italian food

Italians cannot survive without pasta. The choice of whole grain pasta is gradually becoming more extensive.

For 3p, chop and fry 500 grams of fresh onion and 4 garlic gloves in some olive oil. Add  100 ml of white wine. Allow the wine to evaporate. Add some water and 8 anchovies filets of good quality. Allow to simmer until the sauce is creamy. Add pepper. Boil the pasta.

Mix pasta with the sauce. Finish with anchovies and fresh parsley. Serve with a green salad.

Simple cooking, Italian cooking!
