Fruit as a starter

Since I discovered the combination of melon in a salty salad ( Fruit in a salty salad, ideal lunch!)I try to create variations on that theme. Certain people will never eat fruit at the same moment as the rest of a dinner, for many probably good reasons, but in this case you have a wonderful excuse for an exception.

For 3p (yes , Elodie is visiting us for a few days !) slice 1 tasty orange melon (without skin and seeds, of course;-)). Spread the melon on 3 plates. Roast some pine nuts. Spread the zeste of 1 lemon, the pine nuts, pepper, salt, a drizzle of good olive oil on the melon. Finish with chopped mint leaves.

Sorry, Elodie, I forgot the lemon juice as finishing touch.
