Broccoli studied for its preventive effect

Eating vegetables and fruit is  recommended for our general health. A daily intake of 500 grams is perfect. Certain vegetables are known for  their additional positive effects. Broccoli has been a study object for a while, and could be seen as a superfood, for its positive effect against cancer, and on the immunity. Anyway, apart from being healthy, they are also really delicious and and can be used in many ways.

For 2p, put 800 grams of chopped broccoli (no waste!) in salted water. Add 2 bay leaves, fresh rosemary and 2 garlic cloves. Boil for approx 15 mins, until tender. Drain, but keep some fluid. Remove the bay leaves and make a puree. Add pepper and salt and keep warm. Ask the fishman to prepare 4 fillets of a fresh turbot (PS ask the fishbones and the head to prepare a simple broth for another occasion ). Remove the skin from the turbot. Put the fish on baking paper. Add peper and salt. Cover the upper side with some egg yolk. Spread grated almonds (40 grams) on the fish. Bake the fish in the oven at 160° for 15 mins. Dinner is served. Pure, easy and healthy food!
