Tarte tatin with pineapple

1 table spoon of butter, 1 fresh pineapple in thick slices ( remove skin and hard centre), 1 round cake form or tatin form, 1 sheet of puff pastry and some honey to finish is all what you need to have a perfect dessert. Vanilla ice cream is optional.

Put the butter in the cake form and heat a few seconds in the micro wave. Mix the pineapple with the butter and spread the pineapple in the cake form. Cover with the puff pastry and store cool.

Put the tarte tatin in the oven at 180-200° for 25-30 mins. Put a big plate on the cake form and turn. If you are lucky the whole content ends up on the plate. Put the honey on the pineapple while still warm and serve immediately with a nice after dinner mint tea.
