For 5p chop and fry 1 red onion, 6 garlic cloves, 4 cm of ginger in some peanut oil. Add 500 grams of cut chicken filet. Bake and add 2 teaspoons of yellow curry paste (normally much more for people who like spicy). Add 1 chopped large bell pepper. Stir. Add 300 grams of frozen peas. Add a large can of coconut milk. Allow to simmer. Stir regularly. Bake 500 grams of mushrooms in a separate pan. Boil some rice. Serve the curry with a handful of chopped coriander and the rice.
Start eating this dish with chopsticks (and continue with a fork or a spoon if too hungry, or if fed up ;-)).
