Time for some pizza

Knead 500 grams of flour type 0, 4 table soons of olive oil and 300 ml of water in the kitchen robot. Store the dough at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Knead the dough once more on a floured surface or in between two sheets of baking paper. Create the appropriate sized pizzas.

Pizzaiola is a concentrated tomato sauce which can be used as base for pizza. Chop and fry 1 chopped red onion, 4 garlic cloves, 1 spicy little pepper. Add 1 can of passata or peeled tomatoes and 1 table spoon of dried oregano. Allow to simmer. Stir now and again. Stop cooking when the sauce is concentrated. Taste and add salt and pepper.

Spread some pizzaiola on each pizza, preferably in a thin layer. For a large pizza hawaiian, spread some sliced fresh pineapple( ½ of a pineapple), some ham and some mozzarella. Finish with some dried oregano. For pizza with spinach, defrost 500 grams of spinach. Drain thoroughly. Add some chopped fresh basil, pepper, salt, nutmeg and some extra chopped garlic. Finish with smoked salmon and sliced mozzarella. Put the pizza in the oven at 180° for 20-30 mins.

Buon appetito!
