For 2p chop 4 garlic cloves and 1 spicy little pepper. Fry and add 2 table spoons of dried raisins, 3 table spoons of pine nuts and 8 pickled anchovies. Stir. Add ½ glas of red wine and 4 table spoons of tomato puree, OR, add 2 table spoons of red wine vinegar and 5 fresh, chopped peeled tomatoes (remember minimum 300 grams of vegetables pp per day!!). To intensify the flavor add 1 table spoon of dried basil.
Prepare a handful (2 thick slices, no crust) of baked breadcrumb (instead of cheese).
Boil 120 grams of pasta and cook following the instructions. Add a bit of the pasta water to the sauce. Mix pasta and sauce.
Serve and finish with the bread crumb.
