Not really pizza, because I used puff pastry instead of pizza dough, but still.
Spread 1 mozzarella of 125 grams in small pieces a few cm from the border of a puff pastry of 230 grams (we ate it with 2p;-)) and fold some of the pastry over to create an elevated stuffed side. Cover the rest of the pastry with thinly sliced tomato. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves, dried oregano, pepper, salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Cover with 125 grams of thinly sliced mozzarella. Put in the oven at 180° for approx 20 mins (until there is a beautiful crust). Bake 250 grams of fresh tuna shortly and keep warm under aluminium foil. Bake in the same pan 250 grams of sliced mushrooms, add pepper and salt. Spread the mushrooms and sliced tuna over the pizza. Serve with or without salad.
Okay, I do admit this is rather rich for a normal day, but a perfect and quick Sunday meal. Enjoy!
