Empanada – lookalikes with a fresh salad

Chop a few carots, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves,1  spicy pepper in tiny pieces (brunoise). Put in the microwave for 4 mins. Add 150 grams of peas, 150 grams of crumbled feta cheese, and 1 table spoon of baharat (mixture of herbs), pepper and salt. Spread this mixture on filo dough and make a few rolls (oil the filo sheets).Put in the oven on baking paper at 180° for 20-30 mins. For the salad mix 1 chopped tomato, seeds of pomegranate, green salad with a mixture of fresh mint leaves, coriander, parsley and a dressing of the juice of 1 lemon and 1 table spoon of olive oil, pepper and salt.
