Although our kitchen is really dirty, I manage to prepare us some food. Luckely we have this little supermarket on walking distance to get some fresh food. The builders disconnected one fridge coincidentally and thus, we have less storage.
How to keep on eating fairly healthy in rather inaccessible kitchen?
Chop and fry 4 garlic cloves and 1 chili in a drizzle of olive. Add 750 grams of frozen spinach. Put on a low fire. Buy some beautiful ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta. Put the in an oiled dish. Add salt, loads of pepper, a handful of chopped fresh basil and 125 ml of light cream. Mix and spread on the ravioli. Spread some grated parmigiano.
Reheat in a hot oven at 200° for 20-30 mins until the ravioli are al dente.
