Simple wok

A grilled tuna steak is at its best with a mixture of stir fried vegetables.

Chop and fry 4 garlic cloves, 1 chili and 4 cm of fresh ginger. Add 2 chopped carrots, 250 grams of shitake. Stir and fry. Add 250 grams of baby corn, 250 grams of sugar snaps and 250 grams of soy sprouts. Finish with soy sauce, fresh coriander and some lime juice.
