Fresh peas

Castelnuovo Berardenga is a lovely village. Even if you don’t have a car, you can find everything you need. I bought some real fresh peas on the market. Even a small portion can make me happy. Free the peas

from their house. Blanch them shortly in salted water. Chop and fry a garlic clove in some real good olive oil. Add the peas and bake for a few more seconds. Serve with pepper and grated parmigiano. 😋
