Yes, too lazy for shopping, but after a day of ‘assembling ikea furniture’ I hope you can understand. Our small freezer wanted to hide 200 grams of North Sea shrimps for us ;-). Luckely I’m a good inspector, especially on days I don’t feel for shopping although, we don’t have a lot left.
Frozen fresh tagliatelli for 2p, 200 grams of shrimps, a few onions, some garlic (of course), frozen parsley, some cream, 400ml of ready made good quality stock and 1 portion of green salad is enough for a reasonable dinner.
Chop and fry the onions and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil. Add the stock and allow to simmer for approx 10 mins. Add 125 ml of light cream. Add chili powder. Stop the fire and add the shrimps.
Boil the pasta al dente. Mix with the sauce. Serve with the green salad. Good be worse, but, tomorrow, I promise, I’ll go the the shop.
