We try to understand the italian system of rennovation works. Prepared with a long list, with our priorities, we meet our lovely geometra (also a real italian profession), Filippo, to discuss our plans. We try to understand each other in the best way and realize that it’s a good idea to send a weekly ‘reminder’.
Coming back home, there is another priority list. First, feed the animals (cats and dog) and then, prepare some food.
Halve 600 grams of cherry tomatoes. Put on baking paper. Add 1 large chopped red onion, 4 chopped garlic cloves and 1 spicy pepper. Add a drizzle of good olive oil, salt and 1 table spoon of dried thyme. Put in the oven at 200° for approx 20mins.
Take now care of your pets.
Put a large pan with salted water on the fire.
Boil pasta for 2p. Mix the pasta with the oven dried tomatoes. Serve with grated parmigiano and some salad for the addicts.
