Pasta and shrimps

Tonight we are both tired, but the dinner is and will always be an important ritual to finish the day. Bake 400 grams of whole frozen shrimps shortly in a drizzle of olive oil. Remove the shrimps from the pan and cool down.

Chop and fry 1 large red fresh onion, 1 chili pepper and 4 garlic cloves. Add 1 can of tomatoes and 1 table spoon of dried basil. Allow to simmer for 15 mins.

Clean the shrimps. Keep all the liquid and add to the tomato sauce. Add 125 ml of light cream. Taste, add pepper and salt.

Boil 150 grams of whole grain pasta.

Mix shrimps, tomato sauce and pasta. Finish with a lot of fresh basil. Eat and try to go to bed early!
