Italian sausages from Calabria

Thanks to Maria Silvia ( who had to clean her fridge before her ‘goodbye party’) I have now 2 delicious Calabrian pork sausages, long, also chubby and red because of the amount of chilly peppers. Iris prefers not to try, so I have a huge portion ;-). Bake 500 grams of cherry tomatoes, 1 chopped red onion and 4 garlic cloves and a drizzle of olive oil in the oven at 220° for 20 mins. Half the sausages. Put them on baking paper at the same time. Different, but really delicious ( PS I prepare an alternative for Iris ). Thanks, Maria Silvia. Good luck with your new job!
