Fennelseeds and almond powder in a cake which you can serve with caramelized pears….delicious.nl, March 2018 turned into….
Mix 250 grams of self-raising flour with 100 grams of almond flour, 100 grams of sugar, 8 grams of vanilla sugar, 50 ml of olive oil, 120 ml of milk, 100 ml of coconut milk, 2 table spoons of grinded fennel seeds, 1 pinch of salt and 2 eggs.
Peel and slice 4-5 little pears and put them in some lemon juice (to give an extra fresh flavor). Pour the dough in a silicone form. Spread the pears. Put in the oven at 180° for 40 mins. Cover with aluminium foil if the surface becomes too dark.
