A long drive, a big reunion in Siena and ‘Aglio, olio e peperoncino’ as ‘cherry on the cake’

While opening the doors of the car, our two cats, Roquefort and Berlioz, are immediately there to welcome us.

Incredible, how we manage to stuff our car so full, every time again, in both directions ;-). Anyway, after unloading, we need some real easy food before we fall into a coma.

Cut and fry 6 garlic cloves, 2 peperoncini. Add 140 grams of boiled and drained spaghetti (keep some fluid), salt and a handful of chopped parsley (frozen is a perfect alternative ).

Serve with grated parmigiano and some green salad, if you find some. Sleep well!
