Avocado with grilled marinated shrimps (or even better with the real gray cooked North Sea shrimps) in a little jar

For 8 little glass jars : 2 avocados ( 3 avocados for 13)  , 2 table spoons of lemon juice, 2 table spoons of sour cream, a drizzle of good olive oil, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, pepper and salt.

Cut the hardest avocado in tiny cubes and add a drizzle of the lemon, and the core to avoid discoloration. Mix the other one with the sour cream, the juice, the olive oil, the garlic, pepper and salt. Add the core to avoid discoloration. Store the two mixtures in the fridge.

Clean 200 grams of shrimps. Marinate in olive oil, the zeste of 1 lemon, fresh chopped coriander or parsley. Bake shortly before serving.

Start with a layer of cubes, then the puree, and finish with the shrimps. (The North Sea shrimps will be cold).
