After a day of hiking in the impressive canyon of Su Gorroppu

A gallon of liquid, but not really a lot of food during our awesome day allows us to start with some blanched peas fried in olive oil with a lot of chopped garlic, pepper, fresh basil and grated parmigiano.

We know that the sea is full of fish, but we do not really find where to buy it. A local supermarket has a small variety but the tuna caught in  zone 37 seems the best catch of the day. For 2p fry 4 chopped garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion. Add 1 cup of local white wine. Cook until the wine is almost gone. Add 1 can of cherry tomatoes. Add pepper and salt. Stir now and again. Boil 160grams of fregola following the instructions. Grill the tuna shortly. Serve the tuna with the fregola and the tomato sauce with a lot of fresh parsley and some lemon. Nothing fancy but tasty and an easy way to rest our muscles.
