Lemon grass, peanut butter, coconut milk….delicious Indonesian dish.

Blanch shortly 300 grams of thin green beans, 300 grams of green bell pepper, 3 spring onions (all cut in pieces of approx 3 cm).

Marinate 300 grams of chicken breast in 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 chopped lemon grass stem, 4 cm of finely chopped ginger, 1 chopped spicy little pepper, 2 table spoons of peanut oil.

Fry the marinated chicken. Add 2 table spoons of peanut butter. Stir and add the vegetables.  Add 200 ml of coconut milk.

Serve with basmati rice and delicious fresh chopped coriander.
