Green dressing

As second recipe for a delicious summer Ottolenghi buffet, a salad ( little gems or another solid alternative as iceberg or brussels chicory) prepare this exotic dressing in advance.

Mix 1/2 avocado, 3 cm of peeled snd chopped fresh ginger, 1 garlic clove, 1 green chili, the zeste and juice of 1 lemon, 1 table spoon of tahini paste, 60 ml of olive oil and a large pinch of salt. Blend. Add a handful of fresh herbs ( parsley, basil, dill, coriander). Blend and add some eater until you obtain the perfect consistency of a thick dressing. Cover and store in the fridge.

Serve tbe salad with the dressing and finish with 2 teaspoons of roasted black sesame seeds. Minor effort and maximum effect.
