I decide to make a daily list instead of running around inefficiently. Also docvshealthykitchen.blog is important to fit in my new home routine. Max 4 hours of painting/cleaning/organizing, 2 hours of efficient studying for my exam of the 10th of November, approximately 1 hour of cooking including the blog post and in between the normal life.
Fry 300 grams of decongelated scampi in a drizzle of olive oil. Add 1 table spoon of ras el hanout. Remove the scampi from the pan. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves, 2 chopped peperoncini and 1 teaspoon of dried basil. Bake and stir. Add 4 chopped tomatoes. After 10-15 mins, add 200 grams of fresh spinach and 125 ml of light cream, pepper and salt. Add the scampi again and bake for few more minutes.
Serve with rice and enjoy this easy and tasty dinner.
Sounds good sis and…don’t forget you’re beauty sleep. xxx
