Everybody has his own priorities. Iris does the real work 💪and I’m in charge of the kitchen and the finishing touch. There is still a lot of work to do but tonight we will enjoy our first candlelight dinner in our new home. After collecting our cats, Berlioz and Roquefort (sadly enough they start with 6 weeks of quarantine) we have a simple dinner with 4 chopped red onions, 4 shallots, 4 chopped garlic cloves, 2 chopped peperoncini, 1 table spoon of dried oregano, 400 grams of mixed minced meat, all fried in a drizzle of olive oil. Bake and stir now and again. Add 1 table spoon of chopped fresh sage ( which I took from our garden of the appartement we left😉).
Serve on a large plate of green salad and finish with balsamic vinegar. A simple tasty, carb free meal in our awesome home in Tuscany.
