A pinsa is not a pizza! A thin crispy and light dough covered with a variety of ingredients is a delicious lunch on a sunny terras. The recipe will have to wait until a future try out, but the picture of my fabulous lunch is for sure enough to stimulate the appetite while watching the Belgians in the Fifa world cup 😉.
