Ovenbaked radicchio, grilled chicken and creamy anchovies sauce

How would I survive without oven ;-)?  For 4p, season 1 large or 2 small chicken with chicken herbs. The butterfly shape looks great and reduces oven time. Put the chicken in a large oven dish. Add a drizzle of olive oil and bake at 180-200° for approx 1h (depends on size of the chicken of course). Cut 1 kilo of long and large radicchio in quarters. Put the quarters on baking paper. Add pepper, salt and brush them with olive oil. Put them in the oven 20 mins before dinner time. For the sauce (same sauce as used to prepare bagna cauda), heat gently 1 little can of anchovies on oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 table spoon of dried oregano and 200 ml of cream. Stir now and again. Add grinded black pepper. Keep the sauce warm.  You want an extra side dish? Hasselback potatoes or ovenbaked potatoes are perfect! Buon appetito
