Pure ingredients in mysterious Laos

We are still travelling and tasting in this wonderful country. One cooking class is of course not enough to prepare every dish which we could already taste. The ingredients in the shops and on the market are always really fresh (certain ingredients are a bit too exotic for us : bile of buffelo, buffalo skin, ..😉). I hope to prepare you some typical dishes in a few  weeks. Anyway, this post gives you already an idea which ingredients you have to buy.
