A good reason to visit Belgium

North Sea shrimps are, and this is no secret anymore, one of my top ingredients. Italy is a wonderful country with a fabulous food culture but you will never find grey shrimps on your plate. Thanks to my dear father in law, daddy Michel, we will have a fresh delivery in our cool box to share with our Italian friends. My lunch today ? A salad with North Sea shrimps croquettes 😘😋
