Cut 1 small cauliflower for 2p in  little roses. Spread on baking paper. Add 1 table spoon of curry, a drizzle of sunflower oil, 4 chopped garlic cloves, ½ red onion in slices, 2 bay leaves and some salt. Mix everything together.
