White chocolate is sweet by itself. When I saw this recipe in the magazine of the supermarket Coop, I knew already that the indicated amount of sugar would be exaggerated ( especially because italian desserts are often super sweet, dolcissimo).Seeve 150 grams of flour 00. Add 6 grams of vanillated baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix with the zeste of 2 untreated lemons.Melt 100 grams of white chocolate with 100 grams of butter at low speed in the microwave. Once melted, stir and allow to cool down until lukewarm. Add 60 grams of vanillated powder sugar and 3 eggs, one by one. Whisk until you obtain a foamy consistency. Add the flour mixture. Mix. Add the juice of the 2 lemon. Continue to mix until you obtain a smooth and airy consistency.Cover a small rectangular oven dish (mine is 28 to 19 cm) with greased baking paper. Pour the mixture in the tray. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes. Cool down and cut in rectangular pieces and share.
