Being spoiled with an overdose of summer truffle, ( ssshhh, he found another one), I try to ‘invent’ new combinations.
Put a ready made round puff pastry on baking paper on an oven tray. Use a fork to make a few little holes. Spread a drizzle of olive oil, pepper, salt and dried thyme with a brush on the dough. Slice 2 large fresh onions and 4 garlic cloves. Spread in the dough. Spread some thinly sliced truffle (today’samount is approximately 20 grams) some thyme and 1burrata( drained 300 grams).
Put the oven tray in a preheated oven at 180°. Bake for 20-25 mins. Finish with fresh thyme and sliced summer truffle.
