My addiction for cookbooks is hopefully not a big issue. Middle Eastern cooking is so inspiring, so I really look forward to explore the cookbooks of Sabrina Ghayour. Her books are awesome, in many ways. As you know I will rarely follow a recipe literally.
For 2p, clean 1 cauliflower. Cut in roses and cubes. Mix 1,5table spoon of rose harissa with 1,5 table spoon of honey, 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 of a teaspoon of cinnamon, 1chopped chili, a drizzle of olive oil and some salt. Add the cauliflower and mix. Spread on baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200° for 40mins in total. Stir halfway.
Mix the zeste of 1/2 of a lemon, with fresh rosemary, pepper, salt and olive oil. Spread the mixture on 400 grams of cod filet. Put on baking paper.
Bake the fish in the oven, 10-15 minutes before the end of the baking time of the cauliflower. Serve together.
