My cooking stove is awesome. Thanks to Marion it has a name now : ‘the beast’😉.
My daily cooking would be completely different without an oven, and now, I can use 3 ovens at the same time🤗.
For 2p steam 1 small cauliflower. Remove the green first and chop.
Chop and fry 2 garlic cloves, 2 stems of celery and 1 small onion in a drizzle of olive oil. Add 100 grams of spelt and 1 table spoon of savory. Stir and fry for a few minutes. Add 150 ml of prosecco. Allow to evaporate. Add 500 ml of vegetable broth. Once boiling, lower the fire. Allow to simmer for approximately 20 mins. Stir now and again. Taste, add pepper and salt.
In the meanwhile, clean and chop 200grams of tasty mushrooms (I use porcini). Bake in some olive oil. Add the chopped green of the cauliflower. Once al dente, finish with a drizzle of lemon juice.
Mix spelt and vegetables. Put in an oiled oven dish. Put the cauliflower in the middle. Finish with grated gruyere.
All this can be done in advance.
Heat the oven at 180°. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
