I’m so consciously happy and I’m so consciously aware of the possibility that this situation could change in a second.
I really don’t think this sensation is only related to my study ( related to phenomenal existential philosophy). This study confirms my philosophy. And please, don’t think I’m always so consciously busy with my life, but living here and now ( qui e ora) makes it just easier.
Working in the garden, going to the local market, saying hello to people of the village who start recognising me, having a fresh salad as lunch, a bit of studying and ending up in the garden with my afternoon coffee, it sounds of course like ‘holiday in Italy’.
Anyway, today is a perfect day to finish with a simple but awesome pasta dish.
Cut 600 grams of small tomatoes in halves. Put them in an oven dish with the skin downwards. Spread 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 table spoon of fresh basil ( chopped stems), 2 chopped chili. Spread some olive oil and some salt. Bake in the oven at 150 ° for 30 mins.
Boil some spaghetti al
dente. Grind a mixture of old pecorino and parmigiano.
Mix spaghetti and tomatoes. Finish with lots of chopped fresh basil. Serve with the cheese.
I’m so grateful to be happy in my life ❤
Ik lees het en krijg er een big smile van… Geweldig goe bezig!!! Geniet er volop van 😉 xx
